Johnson & Johnson is tackling Malawi’s high rates of paediatric trauma – one of the leading causes of death and disability among children – by funding specialist long-bone fracture units and surgical training. This partnership strengthens regional capacity to deliver safe, timely trauma care where it is needed most.

By investing in sustainable surgical systems, Johnson & Johnson is supporting long-term improvements in access to care, while advancing its mission to reduce health inequities and strengthen health systems in underserved markets.
